On Tuesday October 31st Christ the King hallways were filled with Flintstone characters, cats, insects and other crazy yet creative costumes, the staff and students showed an enormous amount of school spirit. For one whole day the school community chose a new identity to express their creative side! Halloween was yet another hit!

Student Council was busy judging and planning lots of events for the students to take part in. Costume judging took place first period where the scariest, funniest and most creative costumes were awarded. The scariest costume went to Pierce Raatts for his spooky Silent Hill character. Funniest costume went to Jesse Modzelewski and Chas Sibbett as the "ferocious kitties". And lastly, most creative costume went to Trevor Kenny for his outstanding Lepricon outfit.

First and second period were filled with lots of fun activities for the whole school community. Such as a treasure hunt where students answered skill testing math equations and riddles to lead them to a locker filled with candy! Other traditional events such as pumpkin decorating, costume judging and candy grams also took place. Halloween showed a great amount of spirit and individuality of all the students here, within Christ the King’s walls.
