Save the date! The Awards of Excellence will take place in the school gym on October 12 beginning at 6:30pm. Students receiving Honour Roll (from 2016-17) and Special Awards will be honoured. More information will be provided to honourees and parents of award winners.
The inaugural meeting of the 2017-18 school year will be held on Monday October 2nd at 6:30 in the school Library. Participation in the Catholic School Council allows parents to help develop, encourage and promote activities that serve to enhance the school experience for all students. Interested parents are asked to complete the attached form found HERE. Completed forms may be submitted to the school’s Main Office on or before Monday October 2nd.

Charter bus trip is one school bus available for travel in the licensed pick up area of Tyler Transport Limited to a destination in Ontario and return to pick up location. Charter trip is based upon regular charter rates equivalent. Travel to be completed by June 30, 2018.

CtK will be holding a School Photo Day on Friday, September 15th. The students have been provided an order form, this form will be needed with payment on the photo day (to be handed to photographer directly). If your child does not have a form please ask them to come to the main office to pick one up. School uniforms are required for photos.
Photo retake day will take place on Friday, October 27th.
With our school growing rapidly we are in the process of updating timetables and locker numbers. If you have downloaded a timetable or locker number this information is not correct. Our SIS (Student Information System – Link: https://goo.gl/rZ8iUC ) will be available to the students for timetable or locker numbers late in the afternoon of Friday, September 1st.
We understand that there is a backorder of uniform items from InSchoolWear (ISW). We will be asking ISW to provide the school with a list of students affected by this situation. Students who are affected by the backorder should come to school on September 5th in a golf shirt and navy/grey/black dress pants. Please note: jeans, tights and leggings are NOT permitted.
All students will go directly to their first period class. Teachers will be provided with a list of students affected by the delay and will distribute permission slips to students that will allow them to attend all classes while out of uniform.
