MyBlueprint Workshops

Date: February 16-March 2, 2017

Grade 9 period 1, grade 10 period 2 and grade 11 period 4 classes will be assigned time to work on their Course Selections in myBlueprint. A Guidance Counsellor will be present during each of these times to assist in this process and to answer any questions that students may have pertaining to course selection.

ALL STUDENTS RETURN PRINTOUTS TO THEIR PERIOD 1  (Grade 9), Period 2 (Grade 10) and Period 4 (Grade 11) TEACHER: Friday March 3, 2017

Grade 9, 10 and 11 students must submit the following:

  1. myBlueprint course selection sign-off sheet or not-returning sign-off sheet
  2. myBlueprint DISCLOSURE OF STUDENT INFORMATION, STUDENT PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT, COMPUTER NETWORK CONSENT, INCLEMENT WEATHER PERMISSION sign-off sheet
  3. $65 activity fee (Voluntary) cheque or printed receipt of online payment (Print the students first and last name on the memo section of the cheque!)
  4. Co-op application, eLearning application, Leadership application, if applicable Application Form-Co-op 2017-2018.docx, GPP Application 2017-2018, IDC 4UL Application Form, SPORTS LEADERSHIP APPLICATION FORM.docx, ELEARNING REGISTRATION

 

RETURNING GRADE 12 OPTION SHEET PRESENTATION: Monday March 6, 2017 during 3b Lunch in the Theatre

Returning grade 12 students must submit the following:

  1. myBlueprint course selection sign-off sheet
  2. myBlueprint DISCLOSURE OF STUDENT INFORMATION, STUDENT PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT, COMPUTER NETWORK CONSENT, INCLEMENT WEATHER PERMISSION sign-off sheet
  3. Grade 12 Request to Return Form
  4. $65 Activity Fee Cheque (optional, we will only cash the cheque if you are approved to return.)

Non-returning grade 12 students submit the following to their period 1 teacher:

  1. myBlueprint sign-off sheet indicating that you are not returning

Course Verifcation

Date: April

Students will receive a verification of their course selections in April. At that time students will have the opportunity to verify and modify their course selections.

Course Selections Finalized

Date: June 29, 2017

Course selections must be finalized. Grade 9 and 10 students are not able to make changes in September.
